High-Voltage Resonant Capacitors
- CBB81 Series:
Such as CBB81 223J1000V P15, with a nominal capacitance of 0.022μF, tolerance ±5%, rated voltage 1000V, and operating temperature range -40ºC~105ºC. It is suitable for high-voltage, pulse, ignition, and resonant circuits. Other models include CBB81 272J2000V P15, CBB81 472J1250V P10, etc.
- MMKP82 Series:
For example, MMKP82 223J630V P15 with a capacitance of 0.022μF and voltage of 630V. It is a double-sided metallized high-voltage high-frequency resonant capacitor, and other models include MMKP82 334J1000V P15, MMKP82 563J630V P15, etc.
- MKPH - R Series:
Like MKPH - R 3000V 0.35μF, which adopts an internal series double-sided thickened metallized film structure, sealed with mylar tape and flame-retardant epoxy resin. It features high voltage resistance, strong overcurrent capability, etc., and is suitable for resonant capacitors in various power electronic devices.
Capacitors for IGBT and GTO
- C53 IGBT Plastic Shell PBT Snubber Capacitors:
Encapsulated in a plastic shell and potted with flame-retardant (UL94V - 0 grade) resin. They have low equivalent series resistance, low self-inductance, low loss, and small internal temperature rise, suitable for IGBT spike absorption and high-frequency applications.
- C52 GTO Axial Snubber Capacitors:
Sealed with mylar tape and potted with epoxy resin, featuring high ripple absorption capability and high dv/dt withstand capability. The capacitance range is 0.01μF~10.0μF, rated voltage 700V.DC~9000V.DC, and operating temperature range -40ºC~85ºC, used for surge absorption in GTOs.
- CBB20 Polypropylene Axial Film Capacitors:
With a flat circular or cylindrical appearance, they adopt metallized polypropylene film non-inductive winding and mylar tape encapsulation. They can be used in battery IGBT modules, such as the 1.5UF400V 25X10.5X17 specification.
